Shackled

Seemingly unrelated, a young boy and a teenage runaway are abducted. When a

washed-up investigative journalist does some poking around, he suddenly finds

himself mired in a shadowy conspiracy. Its targets are the weakest members of

society and its weapon is a diabolical system of high-tech communications.
