Sunday morning finds Aurei (Maximus Aurelius Moore) and Siri Wright locked in each others arms and ready for a day of confessions, but Aurei receives a call that changes everything.

I stare silent and still as he hangs up. He sets his phone down on the table and stands. He stares straight ahead, not looking at me. I watch as he clenches and unclenches his hands. His knuckles grow white with each squeeze and I visualize how they could easily choke the life out of someone. My hand instinctively goes to my neck. I watch, observing him in this raw emotional state. He’s terrifying but he is also fascinating. His transformation was quick and there is no reservation in his demeanor. When a death threat is made Aurei whisks Siri away to Italy.
