Unable to see past his own self-interest, Edward Garuster never felt the urgency to strive or achieve, and only ever sought momentary gratification. Life was something he took for granted... until it was gone.

Reincarnation brings about a very different Edward, a creature of instinct with no memory of the human being it once was, but that does not last. The consciousness of his former life resurfaces, and he regains his old sense of self.

Now lost and bewildered, Edward discovers he is trapped in the body of a cat-like super predator, inhabiting a whole different reality, and his only chance at figuring out what to do next lies with a voice in his head that claims to be an Angel. But she is in trouble and needs his help.
