The Angel of Shoreditch

A poetic, dark noir. Can you survive the horrors of your past and still be human – humane? Or do bad deeds only create bad people? How can we rationalise our actions effectively in the presence of such contrived subversion? And, in a town controlled by shadows, is there anyone who can make a difference; could she? If not, and when there’s no one left to trust, you might as well do whatever you can to survive, right? To protect the ones you love, yes? Or at least die trying?
