The Surfacing

The Surfacing will be Cormac James' first book published in the United States and Canada and is endorsed by major writers, including Orange Prize-winner Rose Tremain and international bestsellers Colum McCann and John Boyne.

Publicity efforts will be bolstered by attention garnered from the UK (Sandstone Press) and Australian (Text Publishing) editions, which are due to be released in September 2014. Translation rights to The Surfacing have also already been sold to Slovakia and Romania.
