Marcello's Promise

In 1915, Marcello Corsi risks everything and leaves Italy to forge a new life for his family in America. Marcello, Luisa, and their young son settle in Cumberland, Wyoming, in an immigrant coal-mining town run by Union Pacific Coal Company. Full of determination they face the harsh life in the frontier town―blizzards, labor disputes, brawling cowboys, ethnic tension and the dangers of coalmining set in the era of Prohibition.

Inspired by true events, Marcellos Promise is the heartfelt journey of a loving husbands promise to his wife for the American dream and the lengths he will go to make that dream a reality.
