Chasing Ghosts

Eighteen-year-old Fergus has been spending the past six summers in Belgium, living with a host family for a break from the tensions at home in Belfast. This is his last July visiting before he goes to work in his Da's factory, and his on-again-off-again summer friend Niels heads to university.

On a rainy day, Niels drags Fergus on an impromptu detour to escape the boring weather and Niels's younger sister. They head to the village's abandoned fort to summon ghosts and end up summoning far more than they expected.

This is a short, sexy story of fleeting summer romance and the power of the unknown.
