In 1845 Jethro Crampton and William Dalton founded a gold claim in the Dethrock valley at the beginning of the Californian gold rush, Crampton and Dalton with help from their community built the town of Dethrock. They were self appointed Sheriff and mayor of the town and the gold was plentiful. In 1850 the mines of Dethrock were running out and all the gold which had been collected was hidden in a secret place ready to be shared out to all the community. But someone wanted the gold for themselves.
Crampton is a no nonsense sheriff and with his twin French doubled barrelled 20 round revolvers was a feared man.
William Dalton was the timid mayor and all he wanted was peace in the town.
Why were the women and children hoarded into the church and burnt to death?
And why are they afraid of the ghosts?
Who raped, robbed and murdered Bart Flanagan's pregnant wife?
The Flanagan's want revenge and also a big share of the gold.
What happened to the Marshall and two deputy's who were coming to help the town?
Elber and Edie Trent are on holiday in America with Amos Spencer and his best friend Ritchie, it is 1950 and they are looking for old west ghost towns. Amos's father Samuel Spencer (deceased) is also helping them out. Together they pass through a temporal time loop and go back to the days events of 1850 and relive the tragic consequences, together they will solve the mystery of the town and and find out the truth so they can all get safely home.
