In Book two, Sky Elf, Lauren and her party, rescued their friends from certain death, and continued their journey south through the occupied enemy territory. Eventually, making their way through a mountain pass, and finding themselves in the free lands of the west, where Mother’s children had fled. At first, they thought they were safe, but that feeling did not last.
In what was once was considered a small quiet frontier town, Lauren was proclaimed an Earth Mother, and her resulting actions chased out traitors and spies. The Earth Scouts were formed, and set off on their mission to acquire allies for the impending war, and in a stroke of luck, they managed to convince sky elves to provide aerial surveillance.
What they did not expect, was threats so close. An alliance with the dwarves already in place, elves answering their call, and a threat to show all. What could go wrong? Finally Lauren and her friends thought they might just win the war in the ‘crazy world’ that they had been thrust into, but like John said, “Ask me about chaos theory… about that which cannot happen, but which does.”
Here is the stunning conclusion to the Anti-Matter Chronicles. For over a year, our characters have survived unimaginable hardships and setbacks in their quest to restore humanity to the great lands of Calicon. Lauren, the reluctant Earth Mother; Logan, blessed with the ability to control the weather and fire, yet is challenged by simple math problems; Eric, looming all-star quarterback, possessed by the entity that lives inside the massive sword; Ryan, the mystery; Zack, the misfit; and John. With the town books now balanced, only one question remains, ‘that which cannot happen.’ Can he make it happen? And both Gayne and Mirtza have a vested interest in that answer.
All have been challenged and controlled by a world they do not completely understand. Can they turn it all around, and make it out alive?
