One boy and his loyal knight arrive in the small farming town of Albri to investigate reports of mercenary activity at a nearby ruin.

A series of events drag them into the thick of things as they rescue a mysterious noble on the run.

The duo are drawn ever deeper into the web of shadows as her enemies marshal their forces against them.

Long buried secrets of the land and of their own dark pasts are unearthed as the lines between friend and foe are blurred.

As the frozen hands of destiny begin to move once more, it is now up to them to stop a nightmare from consuming everything even as an ancient evil stirs from its long slumber.
