Deep inside the Earth, the hunt is on for the Alpha Key.

Lost for centuries, the Key is the only thing that keeps the sinister forces of Hadron Drake from a technology that will tear apart the barrier between the subterranean world of Submantle and ours. Tasked with finding this elusive Key is a young Ranger named Nifty and his grizzled partner Scotty. They quickly find themselves battling their way through a world filled with bizarre, gene-spliced beasts and rogue robots, remnants of a bygone era during which their civilization was nearly destroyed by a deadly tech virus.

Trained in the ways of the Linkers, the seven-foot-four Nifty has the ability to bond with his weapons and armor on a genetic level, becoming one with them. It may just give him the edge he needs as he faces an army of Submantle’s most dangerous enemies. But before he can hope to win the battle for their future, he must face a deadly secret that could destroy him, a secret he must learn to accept if he has any hope of surviving what Hadron Drake has planned for both our worlds.
