Jane couldn't believe how much life had changed. Considering that not much more than six months ago she was lying in bed contemplating the meaning of life and death after being tortured by the brutal images of a murderous crime scene. She now lay awake in bed next to the wonderful Perry Fierce. But little did the detective know this feeling of contentment would not last. The plot for revenge had ben sewn and the plan was hatched.
