Vermont Senator Samuel Winters turned forty. He is up for re-election but daydreams of a laid-back lifestyle away from Washington. He holds the key vote on Florida’s light rail system. Two competing entities, one for and the other against, will stop at nothing to secure his vote. His world is unraveling. He just found out his father believes in The Force, his rebellious daughter has eyes for his top aide, and his wife is considering divorce.
