Lucien is fated to be the darkest of all dark ones, a power that eclipses all.

A great War is slowly destroying the kingdom, a war against an impossible enemy that King Enrik is powerless to defeat. He desperately craves a means to end it for once and for all.

Lucien’s quiet life is turned upside down when he finds himself bound to the King via a destiny knot, an artefact that makes an unbreakable bond between him and Enrik. Unable to resist the King’s commands, he is compelled to obey and finds himself transformed into a weapon.

Desperate to break free from his captor Lucien hunts for a way to break the bond and free himself, while Enrik battles demons from his past and his own thirst for power. Is it possible to use a weapon of darkness for good? Or is he justifying his own darkness?

Slowly their souls intertwine, their personalities corrupting one another and it becomes impossible to say who is darker than who. The King with the violent past, or the Witch turned dark because of tragedy? Personal revelations rise to the surface and both of them must confront their own placing on the spectrum of morality.

In this dark erotic fairy tale it’s hard to say who’s the villain…
