Tabitha didn't think much of her new neighbor, figuring the immaculately dressed, surly man next door would turn tail and run the second he got the chance. He doesn't strike her as the small town living type, proving that point when he insults half of the community, effectively isolating himself. She's surprised when they begin to form a tentative friendship that slowly evolves into something more. When Tabitha realizes she's falling for the smarmy hunk next door, can she put a stop to it before he goes back home to his rich life or is she destined to find love when she least expected it?
