Bryan Carpenter cannot stand his twin sister, Heather. She's vapid, vain, hateful, and picks on him more than he would like to admit. But as his mom always says, Heather is "his responsibility," so he watches out for her when she winds up in trouble.

But when Heather disappears inside of Bryan's favorite video game, Legends of Xavalon, he doesn't hesitate to follow. The 17 year old boy finds himself at the beginning of Level One with seven days to rescue her before she is married to Lord Rhydian, a man who wants to sacrifice her for her youth to keep himself young forever.

Seven days, nine levels, and no allies. Will Bryan live long enough to save Heather, or will they both be lost inside the game forever?

Bryan's journey begins in Book One: Spire of Talorak. This Gamelit fantasy book is filled with sword and sorcery, fights and mechanics, phases and boss loot, and the never-ending ticking clock that's leading to Heather's doom. These books are best read in order.
