Finally having a victim escape, and be a witness to identifying the bloody beach killer known as Bob, Agent Amanda and Robin know they are closing in, and will be able to stop this sick twisted psychopath, until the worst happens. Heather, the only woman who manages to get away from the serial killer, ends up dead with her foot sawed off and partially buried on the beach.
