About the Author

Tehmina Durrani's first book, My Feudal Lord, caused plenty of controversy in Pakistan's male-dominated society as it spoke of her abusive and traumatic marriage to Ghulam Mustafa Khar.

It also spoke of her experience with a feudal society. She is currently involved in the emancipation of women in Pakistan.
