Josh is aimless, jobless, living off his dead parents’ savings and desperately needing an escape, when his drug dealer, a fledgling hip-hop producer named Davis, invites him on a road trip. What he’s told will be a quick business meeting leaves Josh stranded in a compound run by ex-military propaganda artists who exploit technology and the world that trusts it. Josh must decide if he should join them, and risk being consumed by a machine that’s fueled by lies darker than any that should exist. Can he survive a future where a chance at redemption from a lifetime of apathy and self-destruction is one click away from a headfirst plunge into a substance-saturated, media-driven abyss?
