The Underdog Housewife

Suman Pradhan, a housewife, married for 22 years is content with her bounded life. She lives in Mumbai with her loving and supportive mother-in-law Devaki, her 21-year-old son Aarav and her husband Rahul.

One day, she receives a phone call from her school friend, Lalita, who invites her to their school reunion party. An incident at the reunion changes Suman’s mundane life for ever. Among old friends, she meets Ram, her classmate who had been in love with her during their school days. One incident leads to another, and Suman's life is surrounded by controversies. She meets a complicated man, Brij, who gives her life a new direction. She sets on a journey to establish her identity. To validate her existence. How will a housewife who has never even operated a social media account prove her worth? Will she be successful? What are the challenges she will face? How will she overcome those? What will she gain? What will she lose? Will all this be worth the price she pays?
