In the high stakes world of pizza delivery, Doomino's has taken it to the next level. Death row inmates are drafted as drivers, forced to fight their way to customers' doorsteps. The roads are a battlefield where almost anything goes, and if a driver is so much as a second late, the customer gets to murder them without consequence.

Spike is the star of Doomino's brainchild, Apocalyptic Pizza Delivery, but her time is coming to an end. With just a handful of deliveries left on her sentence, freedom and a promotion await her, but she's isn't getting off that easy. Caught between the owner and the store manager's desires, Spike is forced to decide what she wants more: a comfortable life in pizza management or to go out in a blaze of glory.

Either way, someone's getting delivered.
