I find myself always running toward the next bad.

Morally corrupt people seem to be all that’s left in the world, or maybe just mine. Everyone wants something and they’ll drag you along for the ride.

When I stumble into Arden Croft, I see that there are still good people. Wanting nothing more than to help, he takes me to his million-dollar home and offers me a chance at a new life.

When I meet Arden’s sons, I’m forced to face the reality that my new life might be more toxic than the one I came from.

One look at me and they’ve made up their minds: I’m the enemy.

These ruthless boys don’t believe anything I say and are determined to push me until I break.

They are the morally corrupt that I’m used to running from, so the solution should be easy: leave.
