For the longest time we had ourselves a big, oily laugh at him and the thumbless imbeciles who followed him. We didn’t think it was serious. We didn't think they actually had chance... or that there were so goddamn many of them.

But the joke's over now. No one knows what to say, and the place just got dark all of a sudden. You can hear glass breaking and maybe someone crying in the next room.

Yeah, the humor definitely went south.
