Spencer is a freshman, a closeted skater punk from Chicago. His college roommate, Jesse, is a straight, disciplined ROTC cadet from Texas. When Spencer accidentally comes out of the closet while the two are wrestling around, Jesse discovers that he's not all that straight after all. Jesse finds that he enjoys experimenting with bondage and kink on his roommate. Locked in a chastity device, strapped to the loft under Jesse's dorm bunk, Spencer starts to feel an affection stronger than lust for his uniformed roommate.
