**Here is the story of how the war in the "Bug Out!" series started.**

The ***"Bug Out!"*** books are about an invasion of the US Mainland by foreign and domestic terrorists.

The original *"Bug Out!" series* follows the Frank and Jane as they escape Southern California in their motor home. Frank is a genius who knows how to defeat the invaders. The enemy is aware of this, and they pull out all the stops to capture or kill Frank before he can complete his work. The series is set in the Southwestern USA, and contains a rich variety of characters. This series is completed, and all thirteen books are available in the Kindle Store and Kindle Unlimited.

*"Bug Out! Texas"* follows the war as it plays out in **Texas**. The Government of Texas understands what is causing the conflict and who is behind it. They take action. This series, which is not yet complete, follows the characters as they struggle to save Texas and help with the war in New Mexico and Colorado. Books one through seven are available in the Kindle Store and Kindle Unlimited. This series is almost half-way complete.

*"Bug Out! California"* is a new series, which will be published in the Kindle Store and Kindle Unlimited starting in late 2017. This series is about the war in California, and focuses on the people's struggle to end abusive Martial Law being enforced by UN Peacekeepers and their evil partners, foreign and domestic. The people fight to take back their liberty, battling the California State Government, the UN, and an Islamist Army.

*This volume* contains the brand new novella called "The Plan", previews of the "Bug Out!" and "Bug Out! Texas" series, and four chapters from the not-yet-published "Bug Out! California" series.
