And they are rude!

Cat Wadell, self-proclaimed Hero of Butterfield, has successfully saved her ex-best friend from a horrifying fairy sacrifice. Unluckily, her fey troubles have just begun.

The Court of the Winter Falls is out to get her, and leading the charge is none other than the (annoyingly) irresistible Tobias Monday. If Cat didn’t have enough on her plate trying to stay out of trouble, she now finds herself convincing her friends that there’s really nothing going on between them. Tobias is definitely just following the Winter Queen’s orders- he can’t be hanging around her so much because he’s actually interested, right??

But her friends have problems of their own. Finn’s been acting super odd since the Homecoming Dance, and after Becca gets mistaken for Cat, she finds herself dealing with an alarmingly sheepish situation.

Cat (somewhat) gallantly approaches the Court of the Golden Sun for help, only to realize that getting tangled with both fey courts might’ve been the worst decision she could've possibly made.
