Louis is politely smiling through a great deal of what he doesn't like. His only refuge is home and his wife, Katie, and their two young sons. Since his mother's death, his father has become... unpredictable, and by unpredictable I mean drunk.

A Tapless Shoulder is both a challenging and comedic tale about family, friends and circumstance.

More than that; it is about the differences we hold between us, which is quite often just what we are really doing: holding the difference ourselves. Most often it makes the most sense to let those differences go... before nothing is the same again.
