The town of Stone Brook has its share of small town legends. When a young woman vanishes, the entire town believes it is the work of a mysterious shrouded figure called the Ferryman.

Tobin Grace is a private investigator with an unusual ability. He can see beyond the veil of the normal world to a shadowy one while under the influence of certain narcotics. Tobin, a seeker of knowledge, investigates the strange disappearances of the small town of Stone Brook with his partner, Emma King.

When shadows begin to unfurl their secrets, Tobin will be caught between a mysterious legend, a grieving mother who wants to find her daughter and an ancient world threatening to plunge every mind into horrific madness.
