Just like the Elves can do naturally, Traven’s father used Elven magic to make it possible for humans to use Demon Powers. By using human lasers and spells, he etched GodStones that could enhance strength, provide impact protection, and even manipulate genitals to Elven proportions. The catch was that only one programmed purpose per GodStone, and the power was limited to a few repeat uses. The impact protection rings were extremely popular with the police and military, and that is what caused their wealth to explode exponentially.

Exporting Elven magic outside the homeland was of course against Elven Law. Sebastian along with a few dozen Elven families escaped the oppressive homelands.
