George McCloud was a simple man. He had a comfortable job, a decent house and a car he loved. Life was passing by like a lazy dream until an evening with his estranged father changed everything.

Waking from a deep sleep, George learns months have passed, the Earth is in turmoil and his dad is unreachable. With no one to turn to and nowhere else to go, George heads home in search of answers.
