Georgia Mason and her apprentice, Matthew, travels to the sunny beach town of Windy Cove. In hopes of meeting with the owner of a beachfront property, and tying up some loose ends on the purchase of said property. Upon their arrival however, a dead man is found lying on the beach. The deceased is local eccentric and owner of the property Tim Skimmer horn. Tim was indeed murdered but by whom?
