[The Spindle Cat 01] • The Circus Infinitus - the Spindle Cat

Escaped asylum inmate Oswald uses a powerful and ancient spellbook known as the Noble Grimoire to contact the Spindle Cat, a mysterious being that is able to grant wishes. Oswald craves his revenge on the ones who betrayed and imprisoned him – all followers of the Dark God Necronis the Unmaker.

Oswald, the Spindle Cat and a giant known as Fanfer are led to the Circus Infinitus, where it is rumoured the Ringmaster, Adam Delfay, is a follower of the Dark God. He wears the mark of damnation upon his brow, but appears to be denying his curse.

At the same time, a mage named Christophe Sauvage is sent by Sir Hubert Fotherington to infiltrate the Circus Infinitus. He steps in to help when Fanfer attacks, and joins the Ringmaster on a quest across dimensions to the Lonely House, a temple where Necronites can contact and commune with the Unmaker.

Can they save Oswald from a fate worse than death and prevent Necronis from rising to wreak havoc on Earth?
