The Guy Across the Hallway

Rick is infatuated with the beautiful woman on the floor of his apartment block but she seems to be involved in a committed relationship with another woman. Diane's deep friendship with Ariana has changed from comfortable to complicated, and she hates complicated. That's why she pretended to be gay to keep the men away because men just complicate things. Now Ariana wants more than friendship and Diane isn't interested because she can't help noticing the cute guy across the hallway. Rick decides to move out. It's his only way to get Diane out of his mind. But when Diane comes in with the property agent to view his apartment, the chemistry between them makes her reconsider her previous decisions. It's hard to let go of the past though.
