SYMPHONY OF MADNESS SAGA
"From within the forest of darkness, figures of white mist await, chanting a symphony of madness, that will cast all trace of life away."
Upon the skies of Midten, an ominous shadow has appeared, casting into dread and panic every single person inhabiting the kingdom, from those resting atop their graceful castles to those working the green fields. Determined to confront this threat, King Swein Stenarm of Vittarn decides to organize a grandiose event, to call for an unyielding and relentless hunt, one in which he hopes the foul creature can be brought crashing down, can be effaced from the once-clear blue sky.
Knights and squires all over the continent prepare to take part of the Hunt of the King, the first seeking to make their names resound just as high as they believe they did during the War Against the East, the second hoping with all their hearts to build reputations of their own. One amongst them, however, Sinod Svert of Litten, will march seeking neither fame nor glory. Into this hunt, he will not go under his own volition, and within his mind there will solely lie a grand, almost desperate desire to survive.
Very soon, though, Sinod will discover that this baleful menace, that the great fear and terror the shadow evokes in his heart and his soul, and that even the harshest and most vicious demons of his past, are nothing but fleeting mirages, are nothing but a blinding mist veiling a higher threat: A harrowing and agonizing madness that, hidden within the roots of the world, is lusting to tear apart the very fabrics of his mind.
