Jericho Sims is a gunslinger in a world where things are not always as they seem. Strange events lurk beneath the surface, and he frequently runs into them in his search for the man who murdered his fellow soldiers.

Following an encounter with a hostile native, Jericho is left with an arrow in his back and stumbles upon the home of a scientist for help. What that scientist has built may well be the death of them all.
