Milo Anscombe is back home after ten years. Everything about him has changed--his name, his appearance and his wealth. In hopes to restore his crumbling hometown, Milo begins a secret real estate project. He wants to get in and out, without revealing that he’s back, all while saving the decrepit city from a long road of poverty.
