Casey spent years looking for the perfect mate to help her break the curse on the shifters. She didn’t expect to find the princess of the witches, if that is what one could call Kate. She didn’t expect her lifelong journey to end with someone else opening the book. Now she has to pick up the pieces of her life and decide what she wants to do next.

Dacron doesn’t want a mate at all, especially not one from some back-water planet in a far distant solar system but when he meets Casey logic goes out the window. Now he has to decide if Earth is such a bad place to be or convince Casey to leave the planet when he goes. And Casey isn’t about to give up her friends for some guy with fangs, no matter how hot he is.

Can Casey convince Dacron that Earth people, especially witches, aren’t such a bad lot of people or will their differences drive them apart?
