The Sky-Green Blues

Tanith Lee's highly imaginative story takes place in a world where everything is not what it seems. Set on the brink of war, the story's main character, Frances, an alien in fear for her life, tries to make her escape before an enemy invasion. We embark on her adventure with Laitel, her lover and servant of Lohno, a fugitive of sorts whose philosophy of life has left him alone and in hiding.
