Mark Cookson is a successful real estate agent who has sold his share of homes. But this one might just kill him.

After speaking with the current owner, whose cryptic remarks and anxious demeanor unnerve Mark to the point of hallucinating, he reluctantly agrees to put the house on the market.

When Mark's pregnant ex-wife, their only son Lewis, and her new husband unexpectedly buy the property out from under him, Mark begins to suspect his visions are more real than he ever imagined.

Lewis's strange behavior and tales of the Blood Boy lurking within the house's walls only amplify his paranoia, and Mark is determined to save his son…even if it costs him his life.
