The Man, the Boy, and the Donkey

A man and his son take their donkey to the market. Along the way, passersby continue to give them advice about who should or shouldn't ride the donkey and how they should ride the donkey. By accepting every single advice, the man and his son eventually lose their own objective. This Aesop's fable warns against the danger of trying to please everyone: "Please all, and you'll please none."
