For young Clementine, life on streets has not been easy. Sleeping in

warehouses and scraping by on petty theft has kept her alive so far, but deep

down she knows that she is capable of so much more.

Her convictions are put to the test when she receives a small envelope marked

only with a red hourglass–the mark of the Watcher. With this first test,

Clementine is given an opportunity to prove that she is worthy of joining New

Arcadia’s professional underground crime syndicate. She quickly learns,

however, that few opportunities are given without predetermined outcomes. Will

Clementine claw her way up from an impoverished life on the streets, or will

she become a sacrifice to the Ministry authorities, rotting in an underground

cell until her final days?
