What happens when 'the one' doesn't feel like the one anymore?

Astrid Cartwright and Theodore Jessop, have been best friends since they were eleven, high school sweethearts since they were seventeen, and everything that the other has ever dreamed of…until they weren’t.

Having moved into their first home together nearly 3 years ago, and experiencing a serious case of the 7-year-itch, it seems that the honeymoon phase is well and truly over. From disastrous wedding planning, to heated couples’ therapy, to a mother-in-law from hell, Astrid and Theo have become well acquainted with the daily routine of angst, snarky comments, and fights, armed at the ready with pitchforks and angry mobs.

However, after a suggested attempt to go on a date and rekindle what once was leads to an explosive argument, it seems clearer than ever before that there’s no going back to paradise.

When a teary-eyed and tipsy Astrid is lured by a mysterious stranger into confiding about her relationship struggles, little does she realise the consequences of her inadvertent wish- For Theo, for once, to see things from her perspective.

After waking up the next morning in each other’s bodies and facing the horrifying realisation that they’re now going to have to live out each other’s life for the foreseeable future, chaos ensues, with the two absolutely desperate to find a solution.

But could this newfound perspective be the golden opportunity in re-learning one another and setting them both back on track? Or could it act as the final nail in the coffin, driving home that perhaps some love stories just aren’t meant to last?
