There are just three things I have to juggle this summer, passing my accounting class, exploring Austin, and winning a scholarship. Oh yeah, and lying about my identity, hiding from my foster parents, and keeping this all under wraps while dating a famous actor.

When I met Troy Eastland, he was just another handsome guy. Hollywood has more than a heaping handful of those, I didn’t need a Texas version. But Troy puts the hot in Texas and draws me toward him like a L.A. moth to the Texas BBQ flame. He’s the promise of all the things I ever wanted -- security, family, and forever.

I expected the stars at night, and yellow roses, but he’s so much more. Dating someone in the spotlight is a risk, digging into my own past is dangerous, but the most thrilling emotions I could’ve ever imagined have been fluttering inside me since I put my stilettos on Texas soil. So here goes.
