[John Shap 01] • Soul at War

Peace has never been so costly. At least that's what Lieutenant John Shap learned before retreating to a remote part of Canada to escape his former life as a career soldier. But his past will not let him rest and as a military speeder lands on his doorstep he is drawn back into a war he neither wanted nor believed in.

Shap finds himself fighting religions fanatics on both sides of the conflict and his search for the son of a close friend will eventually lead him across a battlefield spanning an entire solar system.
