Arriving home to Scrabia, Victoria and Andrew barely have time to catch their breaths before Andrew starts making enemies—and some peculiar friends, such as a mysterious group known as the Myrmidons. Despite Victoria’s reservations, Andrew gives in to testing his supernatural abilities: with frightening results; sending his popularity—and ego—soaring.

When a falling star crashes to the desert, bringing with it a handsome stranger, Andrew’s new role is challenged, sending into motion a dangerous game Victoria doesn’t think they can play.

Meanwhile, five hundred years in the future, Samantha Turner and Tollin arrive on a Realm devoted to time travel. When an accident traps Tollin on a dangerous Realm, Sam has to turn to the most unlikely of help: Andrew O’Neill.

Yet they may all be running out of time, for a darkness is lurking just out of sight, and Victoria and Sam might not be able to pull their friends out of the shadows in time.
