1994
Musical prodigy Phoebe and class clown Megan meet at twelve and despite being as different as night and day, become friends. Bullies, school pressure, interfering parents and malfunctioning clothing are thrown into their path but as the friendship grows, they find that life's not so hard when they have each others backs.
2000
At eighteen, Megan and Phoebe are still as close as could be. But their friendship becomes complicated as romantic feelings arise between the two. If they act on it, will they ruin the relationship? Or find something better?
2017
Megan and Phoebe are now adults, Megan a comedian, Phoebe a musician. They connect over one crazy weekend and all hell breaks loose as they try to figure out if they still need each in their lives as much as they once did.
A romantic comedy about that age-old question... Is it ever a good idea to fall for your best friend?
