fame-hungry citizens of Morterton confront the city’s criminals with a weapon

in one hand and a camera in the other. At the moment, it’s just street thugs

being targeted. But Wallace Leggett is sure that his clients – the semi-respectable

gang leaders who control vast business empires – are next.

Meanwhile, the cops and a shadowy rival group aim to take

advantage of the confusion. Leggett’s only hope is to keep his clients out of

harm’s way. He knows that to control an unstoppable, invisible virus, he has to

get his clients into lockdown. But how can he convince them to close their

lucrative businesses? How much bloodshed must there be for them to take this

seriously?
