Not Into Hookups

Joe flies from New Jersey to Texas to complete an internship. Tired of his oppressive Christian upbringing, he's glad to be thousands of miles away.

But he's not without demons.

The thoughts about being gay.

A homosexual.

Mike works at the local Cheesecake Factory. He's tired of his long shifts, and aching for something real with somebody. He happens upon a cutie at the local bar. Finally. A catch.

Someone with a future.

A guy to take him away.

Home.

The internship ends at the end of the term though. And Joe doesn't want to go back to New Jersey. He hadn't ever envisioned living with another guy...but it's happening.

Everything he believed in so strongly is vanishing.

Evaporating.

Fast.

And they'd even said--declared--they "weren't into hookups..."
