Je serais fort embarrasse d'avoir a vous van ter, comme il faudrait, le poil de mon ours, et vous ecrire ici tout le bien que je n'en pense pas. Dieu nous garde vous et moi d'un tel plaidoyer! Mais il me semble que je manquerais a la courtoisie si je ne vous presentais pas officiellement, tout de suite, les principaux des personnages que vous rencon trerez tout a l'heure, a supposer que vous lisiez plus avant. Prenez donc ces quelques lignes pour ce qu'elles sont une introduction protoco laire, sans davantage.
