Pueblo, Colorado Has the Answers

First in a series. A retired soldier has a pest problem with the corn in his garden and sends a letter to the government resource center for help. When he recieves a Temporal Displacement Unit with instructions from the Dept. of Agricultural Safety, he suspects the problem is more than just bugs. (Next in series: "Two Old Men" by Kage Baker).
